Entraigues is a town in Southern France. There are several towns with this name, but this one is in Vaucluse departement. Unfortunately, I can't find much information about this one, but it looks nice, at least on the postcard :)

It seems it is "Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue", near Avignon.
It used to be called "Interaquis" ("Entre les eaux" / "Around (?) water") because there was a lot of water and marsh arround when the city has been build. There is no more marsh now.
The river on the postcard is the Sorgue (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sorgue)
